We arrived on Pico island three days before this shot. Because the island humidity is, in general, around 80%, it's hard to have the mountain total uncovered by clouds. This was the first day... we were in the end of the day, golden hour, and suddenly, the mountain was uncovered and we stopped the car and I started to walk in front, shooting, shooting, shooting, because we never know if it would be covered again... After a few minutes of walk, I stopped and took this photo, with more time and composition. Pico's mountain is located in Pico island (Azores), and it's the highest mountain in Portugal, with 2351mt.
