Mexican Cenote

Feb 15, 2019

How the Photo was Taken

To take that picture, I used a DSLR camera. I didn’t alter so much the photo but I used photoshop to contrast it a little bit. I took the photo with a Canon EOS 70D and 18-135mm lens, and I didn’t use filters.

Photo Location

The place is a cenote located in Yucatan City, Mexico, specifically at kilometer 8 near the city of Valladolid. The name of the cenote is "Suytun" and I went in June at 9 am to see the perfect light falling to the center of the cenote.
