Big Buddha 12m (36 feet tall) also known as Wat Phra Yai, built in 1972 on Koh Faan this golden seated statue is in the Mara posture, with the left hand’s palm up resting on the lap and the right hand facing down. Dress appropriately wear shirts or scarves that cover the shoulder, pants, sarong or long shorts, and no bathing suits when visiting the Big Buddha temple.

We also went to Wat Plai Leam as suggested to us by the Travel Blogger ThinkTank.
