29 Jun 2016 June News: Summer of Travel, Fun and Winners!

Hello from the Dominican Republic! June has been full of travel and fun! I hope your summer has been fantastic so far.

On the Fathom Adonia even my dessert was happy!

During June, I went to the Long Beach SCUBA show and climbed into my first Shark Cage! I hope to go again when there are sharks AND water! I loved learning about 360 Video and places to dive all over our planet.  My article has photos from the show and dive dreams I plan to make come true in the next year. I stayed at the stunning Hotel Maya, a Doubletree property and is all about #nicetravels! Enjoy my two videos from my stunning room and my explorations in Long Beach.
And speaking of videos: here are seven videos from TBEX 2016 at the Mall of America from my journey to Minnesota in May! I now have over 525 videos on my YouTube channel with over 455,000 views and 1035 subscribers!
During mid June, I was in Washington DC to meet with Congressman Ted Deutch. His Holocaust Survivors Resolution has now passed in both the House and Senate. He is a wonderful and compassionate leader. It was an honor to meet with him on Capital Hill.
For my next adventure, I spent two nights at the Conrad Miami. I loved learning to cook Avocado Fries with Chef Virgile Brandel! He also showed me how to make a Cuban Sandwich. After lunch, Stephen Carter taught me to make a Miami Mojito. Click here to see all my videos from my massage, tennis lesson, and cooking lessons.
sail away w macrae carolann erinI sailed to the Dominican Republic with Carnival Cruiseline’s newest addition, Fathom. I actually used to work on the ship when it was part of Renaissance Cruises. It was my first visit to the DR. Click here to see  videos about my Impact Activity at the Cacoa Factory and my days on the ship. I spent two days underwater diving in Sosua Beach and those videos will be available next month.

“Nothing happines unless first a dream.” (yes that is how it spelled happens which looks like happiness!)
